The client came to us with an idea for the product’s MVP. The system needed to be easy to use and flexible enough to build different types of advertisements.
The biggest challenge for FusePump was to provide a common solution for all clients who had different needs.
The team at STX Next is keeping the application compatible with tracking systems, allowing retailers to create more suitable offers and increase profits.
The application we developed is an advanced platform for building and sharing customized eCommerce modules. The solution allows different retailers to create their own personalized advertisements and so-called “lightboxes” (embeddable components for browsing, filtering and buying products). The application is compatible with many tracking systems, hence the business can acquire much information about platform usage, which may in turn allow retailers to create more suitable offers and increase profit.
The project team demonstrated efficiency by streamlining processes and supplying frequent performance metrics. Resources always communicated effectively, and the deliverables were almost completely bug-free.
The greatest challenge while working for FusePump has always been an incredibly dynamic business environment. Every month, the product could go in a different direction based on user feedback or new opportunities gained through work with a new client. A perfect challenge for a Scrum team! Staying agile, inspecting issues and adapting to changes are a must in our daily work.
