With more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership roles, I have been Chief Technology Officer for large enterprises in three industries - Consumer Goods, Advertising, and Sports. I am currently Chief Technology Officer for City Football Group as well as a board advisor at STX Next.

As a co-founder and former CEO of STX Next, I played a role in establishing the company as the leading Python software company in Europe. Now, as an advisory board member, I continue to guide our strategic vision and foster the company's ongoing success.

Before my tenure at Innova Capital, I served as an analyst at DC Advisory, where I provided guidance on mergers and acquisitions for small and medium-sized enterprises across the CEE region. My professional journey includes enriching internships at Deloitte, Santander in Warsaw, and Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt.

With a solid background in private equity, I have facilitated numerous investments and managed portfolio companies in various sectors. I specialize in strengthening Innova's presence in technology, particularly in the IT services sector, complementing my extensive experience in the manufacturing and consumer industries.

With 23 years of experience in private equity, including two decades at Innova Capital, I have spearheaded investments primarily within the manufacturing sectors. Leveraging my in-depth knowledge of the Polish stock markets, I actively engage in transactions involving these markets, contributing to our continued success.

I manage a team of experienced New Business Managers, who help CEOs, CTOs, and software managers seamlessly navigate through product development. I work closely with our customers to help them leverage product development teams and find product/market fit.

I work closely with our business partners on the operational and business level to ensure we comply with our agreements and assign the right people to the right projects. In short, my job is making both our customers and co-workers happy.
