As part of the transaction, Leszek Knoll, CEO and co-founder of Brainhub, will join STX Next's Management Team. With extensive experience in managing and growing software development companies, Leszek will focus on providing strategic guidance to strengthen STX Next's operations and support its growth objectives. Matt Warcholinski, Brainhub's second co-founder, will support the management of the sales and marketing departments in the integration process and continue business development with Brainhub's key customers.
