BetBright is an online bookmaker, aspiring to provide their customers with the most compelling and entertaining gaming experience possible.

Essentially, BetBright is all about finding the truly good things in online gambling, improving them and eliminating all of the gambling practices that people find annoying.

Challenge

With three internal teams already working on their project, BetBright found themselves with a need to scale up their development rapidly. In order to do so, they were looking for capable and affordable developers with the ability to make an immediate impact.

They have a genuine interest in their client’s business environment. Their Scrum teams were more like an extension of our own team than an external entity. They don’t force a template on their client, focusing instead on delivering software in a way that compliments the client’s own process. Our work together resulted in award-winning products that we would not have otherwise delivered.

STX Next provided BetBright with three full Scrum teams of eight people each, gradually added to the project with some ‘ramp-up’ time between extensions. The teams consisted of their own Product Owners and worked independently, providing the product with the most relevant business features. As a technological partner, STX Next also advised BetBright on how to introduce new technologies to boost conversion.
