They needed a solution that would keep all the data in-house while maintaining the well-known generative AI features.

Solution

STX Next created a custom chat system integrated directly with OpenAI, ensuring no sensitive information is retained. The chat replicates the original functionality of the OpenAI solution while providing the ability to change the underlying LLM models. We’re also working on connecting the solution to the company’s internal knowledge repository to improve work efficiency.
