To address the data inconsistency issue, we developed a mapping tool that enabled real-time data mapping to unified fields in the reporting database, facilitating accurate and actionable reporting.

We overhauled the platform by switching to a Python-based microservices/serverless architecture, enhancing its responsiveness, appearance, and overall functionality while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Redesigning background data processing

Our team developed the Retention Processor to manage consent messages and enforce data retention policies, ensuring compliance with GDPR and offering flexible data management options.

Enhancing user experience & performance

Significant updates were made to workflow management tools, self-service portals, and widgets to improve their functionality and usability. We also integrated Amazon Alexa to simplify form completion through voice search.
