Integrating advanced Computer Vision techniques

Through a collaborative Proof of Concept project, STX Next assisted the client in developing an effective AI system to streamline their logo detection and classification tasks. Our approach divided the workflow into two main components:

Logo detector

We focused on creating a reliable system to automatically identify logos in video frames. Using the data provided by the client, our objective was to train the system efficiently with 6,924 images and their corresponding labels.

By combining human expertise and Machine Learning, we fine-tuned this approach leading to impressive precision in recognizing logos (88,19% F1-Score and 93.2% mAP 50).

Logo classificator

Our next step involved categorizing detected logos into recognizable brand names. Leveraging advanced neural network models, we could accurately convert logo images into unique identifiers.

By introducing a diverse dataset, including public resources, we ensured the system's flexibility and adaptability. This refined the system to achieve a 90.28% accuracy in classifying logos into their respective brand categories.
