CHALLENGE

Paze needed to scale up their development team quickly while ensuring that they bring software engineers with the right skills on board. They were about to launch their service and needed more resources for support and future development.

SOLUTION

Upon taking over this project, the team brought together all the previous code developed by several remote teams and consolidated it in a way that was usable by Paze’s customer base. Additionally, the developers worked on the Access Control List, security issues and QA. The team’s latest challenge involves creating features dedicated for employers as customers.
