For Coras, the challenge was releasing a working MVP of their product in a short period of time in order to secure another advance of their financing. They were looking to create an app from scratch to serve as a ticket distribution platform for cultural and entertainment events from many content providers. One of the main issues was finding a common solution for all stakeholders of the project and integrating it with one of the major European airlines.
STX Next provided 2 full Scrum teams to meet the designated goals. Due to direct contact with both the distributor and providers we were able to recognize the needs of each party, collect the necessary requirements and use them to create a feasible product. Coras gave us their full trust to build the software architecture from the ground up and we are now expanding it to meet their further needs.
It was always a team that showed initiative, not just receiving instructions to deliver features but also asking why and what we were building so that it quickly became much more collaborative.
What I value the most in cooperating with Coras is the feeling of a real partnership. I know that they trust us and treat us as a technological partner not just an outsourcing company. We have a lot of freedom to use the most suitable technologies and design. This makes the whole team feel responsible for the overall product.
