What do we need from you

Must have

  • Good knowledge of Scrum and other Agile practices
  • Communication and conflict resolution skills
  • “Servant leadership” approach
  • Focus on continuous improvement, both on team’s and individual level
  • Analytical and observational skills
  • Very good command of English

Nice to have:

  • Experience of working in an Agile environment
  • Past experience on SM role or similar (Project Manager, Product Owner, Team Leader, etc.)
