Business leverage through nearshoring, best practices and common traps
Top Leaders Business Brunch,
27th June, 11:00 - 13:00, Munich, Excelsior Hotel
A unique event series distinguished by its unconventional form. FastForward provides selected top leaders with opportunities to connect and discuss key points with experienced practitioners. Let’s meet on the 27th of June in Munich for a business brunch and discuss the trials and opportunities in business and software development on the German market.
In our experience, C-level executives in charge of IT projects share a lot of common problems:
delivering software projects on time is a struggle;
hiring developers is slow and expensive;
scaling up development teams never happens quickly enough;
it’s difficult to accommodate for temporary “spikes” in development needs;
scaling teams down presents morale problems;
in-house dev teams often have tech expertise gaps that become a blocker.
If you’re struggling with any of the above, scaling up through nearshoring is one of the best ways to unblock your business.
But nearshoring software development is not without its risks; the horror stories are almost as common as the success stories. Which story your business ends up writing depends on how well you educate yourself.
During this FastForward event, you will learn about best practices for nearshoring and discover the common pitfalls to avoid.
Take this moment to step away from the office for a while and interact face-to-face with other IT decision-makers. Find out how to cooperate within an international environment to achieve business and technical excellence on time.
How you’ll benefit from attending:
Meet decision-makers and nearshoring practitioners at one time and location;
